Before our recent move to Orange Park, FL my husband and I knew no one in the area. I reached out via social media to see if anyone could recommend a good realtor in Jacksonville, FL. We were very fortunate to have a friend of my sister recommend Greg Mosley. After our initial correspondence, Greg immediately got back in touch with me with relevant listings and we corresponded back and forth regularly. Once my husband was able to meet with him to view homes we realized exactly why Greg came so highly recommended. Greg was not only prompt and professional, but it was very obvious to us that he also cared. Greg listened to us and demonstrated that he valued our time and opinions. He took my husband to see only homes that reflected our wants and needs, knowing that we needed something quickly but that we also didn’t want to “settle” on something we didn’t like due to lack of time. He was present at each meeting with the builder and, more than once, he confronted the builder with issues on our behalf getting our problems resolved to our satisfaction.
